If you are reading this news post, something tells me you are well versed in wasting time on the internet. :D

Next semester Kenneth Goldsmith wants his students to spend class time watching YouTube videos, liking Facebook posts—and, while they’re at it, plagiarizing at will. His latest course might sound like the slacker student’s utopia, but if all goes to the English professor’s plans its benefits could be monumental.

I love this mentality, it shows how dumb these people are. Seriously, a waste of time? As if other activities are OK, but going on the internet is a waste. That's also assuming two things.

1. Your time should be 100% productive.
2. Anything that's not productive on the internet is pointless.

But the article is about plagiarism and how students copy stuff off the internet. But hey, give it the title "wasting time on the internet" to get as many page hits as possible. What the author doesn't get is that most students figure creative writing is a waste of their time. That's why they plagiarize.
