Was crossfire in windowed mode ever added?

Just curious, I had 2 4870s a while back and one of my biggest complaints about crossfire (aside from microstutter) was that it didn't work in windowed mode, which is how I play over half the games that I actively still enjoy.

I don't remember reading anything about it but I fade in and out of tech stuff depending on my free time.
 
Was not aware it was added to mantle supported games, however most others no. Easy to tell with using afterburner and activity.
 
14.6 added mantle windowed mode i believe

only 2 games right now, but that will change by the end of the year.

there any news about crossfire in windowed mode? In Mantle or DirectX?
 
Crossfire does not work in Windowed mode.

I guess you can say it works in mantle, but i haven't actually tested it.
 
I hate to bring up an old thread, but can anyone confirm if crossfire works in windowed mode on mantle?
