I haven't seen them in all of my searches, otherwise i would have snapped it up. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist though, maybe try ebay.

9800's are around $170 from what I have seen, you can always mod an SE 256bit to a 9800pro though if you can find one.

The 9700 is a good price though if you wanted a decent budget card.

Also, he can't be talking about 9800 pro's. Newegg will have refurb 4 pipe, 128bit 9800se's for $120-ish every once in a while.
