I picked up the 160GB drive on black Friday. Don't let the fact that it's only SATA 3.0Gb/s fool you, it's an excellent drive!

Still waiting on the rebate, but from the time I mailed it to the time I received an "approved" email was less than 3 weeks. I'm not too worried about it.
