Seems like a good deal to me, haven't been in the market for a 460, but for just over $100, seems like a good deal.

Less cores = lower performance. I believe the SE model has one less CUDA core than the regular 460, which leaves it with 6 cores instead of 7. This really should have been named the 455 (performance between the 450 and 460) instead of 460 SE.

It actually edges out the 460 768mb, so not quite in the 450 territory :)

I'm sure it'd still rock if SLI'd.
