I've got a buddy looking to upgrade his video card for around $200 bucks, Can anybody tell me what is the best video card out there for the money, He does'nt OC or anything like that and he wants 256mb ram as well. Oh, And can you post the links where you can buy it as well.(His board has a X8 agp slot.)

You won't be able to find a new card that can actually utilize the memory. For $200, your best bet is 128MB 9800 Pro. I got a used Gainward 5950 Ultra for $180 on the FS/FT here.
