Wanted: Smallest SFF Case/System, *Shallow* Full Height PCIe Needed

Hey guys-

I'm looking for something that is slightly different than the standard gamer setup...

I have a client who needs to build a very compact PC that will hold a full-height PCIe card, but this card is an SDI video capture card that runs on a single-lane PCIe slot, so it's not very deep at all. I've found the "Sugo" cases and so far they're my favorite, but I recognize that there might be one out there that simply isn't deep enough for a 9" video card so it's not good for gamers.

Any tips?

There's a few here, conveniently organized by size and functionality. The Jou-Jye 528i are the smallest that take a standard height expansion card (via riser) and have an internal PSU, though you lose the optical drive with a card installed.
