wanted: Intel I3 or I5 + Mobo

I'm upgrading my dad's computer from an athlon x2 260. Only wanting to spend around $125 tops including shipping. My shipping address is 29412.

It can be 1150 or 1155

Also could use a 120/128 SSD, only looking to spend around $30 here as new ones seem to be around $40-50

And lastly need a 1TB hard drive. Like to spend around $30 for that as well.

Please let me know what you guys have.
