Wanted: Cheap case (Chicagoland)

[Retro295]

I need one for an old computer. Doesn't have to be anything special, but I don't want a completely banged up case. I know I can get a CM690 at microcenter for 20 bucks, but the before rebate price kills and I don't feel like waiting for it.

Edit: I am specifically located in Schaumburg.

I have prectically a new case, it's a little cheap but hey it's not bang- up or anything.

I got it for $24 shipped.

[Retro295]

Considering it, but they want 16 for shipping.

[sed8em]

My shipping was only $11. Considering it retails for $40 + ship at the Egg I think this is a great deal, for only $24.

[Retro295]

What is refurb supposed to mean for a case anyway? Is it gonna be all scratched up or something?

I'm gettin my refurbed Cooler Master in by this Friday or Monday, and can give ya a report on its quality then.
From what it sounds like from others it is either an overstock or a box that was damaged in shipping and sent back to manufacturer.

[Retro295]

Alright, let me know.
