Want to overclock system, safely...

I have a newly built computer and I was thinking about OCing it. Ive got a 9800 Pro (256Bit, 256 RAM) that I want to go to XT speeds, and a 2500+ AMD Barton that I want to hit 3200+. The motherboard Im working with is the infamous NF7-S (2.0?), so I can do the processor in the BIOS with no problem. My question is, is this safe? What cooling options do I have? What works the best?

BTW, I have a case with about 5 big fans, so I dont think the case is gonna be a problem. Would my RAM be an issue? This is what I have.

at startup, its recognized as DDR333 for some reason. I dont know what thats all about, but please, offer your suggestions. Thanks!

The VGA Silencer is a great choice for the videocard

for the cpu, the Thermalright SP-97 is by far the best, just make sure you get a good panflow fan on there. ~34cfm should give you decent temps. Also make sure you use a good cooling compound(ie. Artic Silver 5).

if your northbridge on your motherboard is passively(no fan) cooled I would also suggest replacing it with something like the Thermalright NB-1c

your ram should be fine up to 200fsb anything after that is dependant on your luck and the voltage you feed to it

that cooler for my processor is absolutely outrageous! There is no way I would pay $50+ for that, I would have just put the money towards a faster processor.

As for the Graphics Card...that cooling solution seems reasonable...
