Im not sure if this has been discussed but I did a search and came up with not a lot of info. I also tried google and wasnt successfull on there either.

What Im looking for is a program that will create the same effect that the Mac's have when the desktop wallpaper changes by itself every few seconds. Im not looking for a changer, but something with the effects where it fades in and out very niceley and what not. I hope I am explaining this right, if you use a Mac youll know what Im talking about.

wallpaper master will change it a few ways. Every start up, every X days/minutes/hours, and a few others ways I think
 
For those trying the Windows 7 beta this functionality is included, although it's just a simple crossfade it works quite well and is quite impressive to see. :)
