Wall power connections layout question

I've recently purchased an ups to run my second computer on. The problem is that now I've got two UPSes and an AC in the same area and only two available wall outlets. The easiest solution would be to fork the one outlet with a powerstrip and plug the two upses into it, since at 500 and 725VA they draw less combined current than the AC (1325W). I'm not sure if running that much current through the powstrip itself is a good idea though. I have baseboard heating so running an extentioncord to a 3rd outlet's not the safest of ideas, and since I rent neither is sawing a hole into the wall to install annother powerbox.

Plan C, which I'm half considering anyway is to move the AC away from the PCs and install an exaust fan in it's place.

Most powerstrips are rated at least 15 amps. Plus, I can guarantee you aren't going to be to be pulling 1325W between the two UPSes, so you should be fine.
