ok, i got the cooler master jet thing with some artic silver5 andwhen i am under heavy loads im at like 56 celcius, fan is turned up all the way and i don't know why im running so hot, should i get a differnt heat sink, i like the fan it does a good job, i think its just the piece of shit heat sink that comes with it, any suggestions, i need a heat sing that can fit that fan

1) Go read the thread about 'OMG I'M 2 HOT' threads. Now. I mean it.

2) 56 c is normal. Far from danger, which normally starts at 70.

With your postcount and mine, I shouldn't have to tell you this... *sigh*

Count means nothing.

Touch the heatsink. Does it really feel that hot? If not, then you have probably not mounted it correctly, and honestly... 56°C isn't too horrible.

alright thanks, i thought it was a problem cuz my friend(boardin087) is running a barton 2500+ and 3200+ speeds and is at 45c at full loads, i just ran another torture test on prime 95 and reached only 48c after doing some tweaking on the heat sink and stuff, turned the intake of the fan toward the exhaust case fan
