w7 the way I want it, what program to use to make a backup image

I have w7 the way I want it, what program to use to make a backup image of this base image.

What do you recommend? I've used Acronis with XP and really liked it, not sure of its compatibility with W7.

Acronis 2009 seems to work fine. Haven't tried to re-image yet, but it has worked for the backup portion.

This. I just backed mine up the other day with the built-in Backup & Restore which is now included in Home Premium.

I've been using Acronis True Image Home (Version 11), which is a couple years old, and it works fine in Win 7.

Open source Clonezilla. They make a bootable ISO.

I use clonezilla at work and I absolutely love it. Super fast on the restore too.

Clonezilla is great. I've imaged my home machines many time and it works without a hitch. I also like using Ubuntu bootable CD to use GParted which lets me resize partitions.
