w2207 or l2410nm

I am debating on which of these two monitors would be better. I can get the hp for 399 and the westinghouse for 429 at bestbuy. as for the use of the screens i would be using them to watch tv shows and play games on them as well both of my computer and my xbox 360. I saw the w2207 running in bestbuy but i noticed that with the vista sample pictures that the blacks where very blocky and not nice looking at all. I currently am using a dell 1704fpt so i guess i could live with the weird blacks of the w2207 but at 30 dollars difference maybe i should just get the westy? other factors are overall size(don't want too big) and resolution. any help appreciated.
 
399 for the w2207 seems grossly overpriced. Even the best buy site says it's 349.99. And I believe it's even cheaper at Circuit City, which Best Buy will price match.
 
i live in canada, and even though it is inflated that is the going price for it.

update: i just went online and i could actually get the hp for 347 if i price matched at bestbuy that could possibly affect the decision a little more.
