hey... been gone for a month offline cuz i lost my dsl connection due to interstate and freeway construction so it's good to be back. i FINALLY upgraded to XP. what was i thinkin....this is sweeeet !!! i added an 80mm fan to my Sapphire and ran 3dMark 01 and 03 to bench it. OMG ...the jump is incredible. i gained 1400 points an i think i got the highest score for a AMD XP with a 9600xt.

What's really weird is the card and cpu have dropped 5 and 15 degrees F. just by running XP. well, gotta catch up on some updates. laters.

XP has a feature that lowers processor usage when it's idle I believe.

Nice job with the score.
