W/C Shuttle Experiment->Maxi Jet pumps?

I was actually refered to a Maxi Jet water pump for use in my small form factor excursions. Of course Im using my own supply of Aqua-Computer components so this would be a "low flow" system. What model should I be looking into in terms of flow, size is definately a factor but these things already look super small? How can these by modded for use inline rather than submerged? Help please, sooner the better so i can gives you all some sneak peek pics.

most submerged pumps have a short inlet tube, then the outlet fitting.

What you need to do is get a fitting on the inlet. The way this is done varies on the pump. I am not too familiar with maxi-jet pumps so I can't tell you for sure.

not to kill your idea, but ive seen a few aquariusII kits shoved in a shuttle without much modification, maybe you could find one of those pumps for sale

IMO, the made to order kits are not up to the cooling par that I need. Give me a break, a single 80mm radiator and fan are not going to do much as compared to a 120mm setup that I can piece together, just as quiet too! Thanks for the answer anyways, it didnt kill my idea.
