Okay, I have to set up a W/c for a Friend's processor, and the budget is €100 ($ 120). What he wants is:

CPU cooling
Reservoir
12v pump
Rad that takes 2 120mm fans

Everything else is up to me. Ideas? Better yet: ghetto ideas?
