VT8233/8366 chipset?

I have a MSI K7T266 Pro motherboard that I think just crapped the bed and unfortunately I can't find the same board or any boards with the same chipset (VT8233/8366) on ebay. Does anyone know of a board or chipset where the drivers will be similar/compatible with the operating system so I won't have to reload my entire operating system? I'm using Windows XP. Or if anyone knows where I can get one of these boards from?
