vp191b and refresh rate

Is there quality/performance difference by using higher refresh rate? My vp191b currently runs at 60Hz but when I bump to 75Hz all I notice is smoother mouse cursor.

Also if someone can help me find out the refresh rate for vp191b at 1280x1024 is? I've download the driver from windows update and seems it only allows me to do 60Hz at 1280x1024.
 
tested with DVI and VGA connection, the monitor driver is downloaded from viewsonic website, stated ViewSonic VP191b-2. uncheck the "hide mode that this monitor can not display" box, the 75Hz option will be present.i dont think i saw any different between 75Hz and 60Hz.

basically, you can ignore the refreh rate on LCD. i believe internally the LCD is 60Hz, no matter the refresh rate setting from display properties. the pixel on LCD will stay constant until the graphic card issue a change.
