vortex xp+ = dtek fuzion, why?

i am looking to order a pa120.3 and a fuzion, and performace pc's has what looks like a fuzion branded as a vortex xp (they also have a pa 120.3 in stock which is why i am looking there). now im curious as to if there is absolutely any difference between the two.
