As my PSU is getting old (about 5 years) and also as fromt ime to time FFXIV and Sleeping Dogs tend to crash, I checked the voltages, if it still is okay. Here's what I got from HWINFO64:

+12V - max is 12.096, average 11,92
AVCC max 3.28, aveage 3.163
+3.3V max 3.280, average 3.156
+5V 4,8 min, 5.0 max, average 4,863

I think those readings look good for that old PSU, or do they?

Two things here:
Are those taken under full load? (cpu and gpu) It does matter, a PSU under stress can behave quite differently vs. one at idle.
Secondly would be to grab a cheap multimeter and measure it with that, i've never trusted the onboard ones.

do not trust in software readings until you can confirm it with a multimeter in real time also what are the minimum voltage readings? a momentary drop spike can make the system crash or shutdown your machine.. as suggested above grab a cheap multimeter and test it and preferably under heavy load just to make things sure....

also you should there are some other things you should think in a crash scenario like overclocking...
