voltages on my ps are off

im browsing my bios, and i find that the voltages on my bios aren't exact. They are:

vcore: 1.71 (athlon xp 1700+ @ 1.5) Is this enough? It runs stable
3.3 - 3.29
5 - 4.7
12 - 12.7

Theyre all a bit off, is this normal?

Any system monitoring program or bios voltage readings will most likely be off.
Looks normal to me.
You would need a volt meter to take some actual measurements, then you would know how much they are off. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the monitoring chip may not be calibrated right but they are accurate.
