Okay i have:

Antec Super Lanboy Case
Two 120mm antec fans
Abit AI7 mobo
3.0E proc oced to 3300 mhz
antec 350w smart blue psu

and i was wondering what voltages im supposed to have... for the NB core, cpu core, ddr, ddr VVT ...
 
It depends on the RAM. Some sticks can take 3.0V, and pretty much all sticks can take 2.8V. Also, keep the core voltage under 1.7.
