Is it normal for the voltage on your processor to flux. i just gave up a p4 northwood 2.4b for a prescott 2.4a(my buddy buddy bought the wrong one for his board), and it seems that its voltage will drop from 1.38v to 1.32v-1.34v not that much i know, but can this hurt anything, intel says normal is between 1.25v-1.40v.
