How high of volts can the FX-51 work with? Is the only thing to worry about when increasing the vcore the temperature it supplies with the inscrease?
 
From a quick look at www.overclockers.com's databases, most people are under 1.7 volts. Considering stock is 1.5, i would stay at 1.7 or lower.
