Voltage Question

Ok. I was just playing the SOF2 MP Demo when I got a random restart. Also I noticed some strange textures in the game (colored walls) almost as if I OCed the vid card (which I do not do anymore and haven't done on this system). I decided to lower the voltage to 1.6 volts instead of 1.625. I load up windows and PC Alert 4 is reporting a vcore of 1.65-1.69 volts (it varies). What is going on? CPU temps are still 50-60 celcius. I am running 200x11 on a 2500+ Mobile. Is this normal? Why isn't the vcore 1.600 like I said in BIOS?

Also I would also like to know the stock voltage for this CPU for reference (1.5volts? 1.45?) as I may try to take it down even more even if i have to sacrifice 100mhz.

software probes and bios probes are very inaccurate.

The only way to tell what the true voltage your cpu is getting, is by using a multimeter
