How high can I got on a Thoroughbred Revision B using air cooling? What about water? I see people with Bartons doing 1.9-2v no problems.
 
just gimmie some dankbud and a nice bong and ill get as high as you want :D


but anyways, my friend has his 2400 at 2.7 with 2.1 volts on air, but hes got an SLK-900 with a 92mm tornado on full blast.
if he puts the fan on low he can still get 2 volts easy.
my other friend i built a comp for with a mobile gets to 2 volts with an SK-7 and smartfan 2 on high.

Only go as high as you need too. If you need more to get your oc stable, consult your tempuratures; you can't run too hot, or you'll burn the chip. The higher you go, the more damage you do. It's really chip specific though. That's about it...later:)
 
Yeah I don't think my air cooling is up to 2.0-2.1volts, it's having a hard time with 1.775 during the day in the Florida heat :p I was just curious.

I can get this 2400XP to POST at 2400MHz at 1.775 so it definitely has life left in it, I just need

A) My NF7-S
B) Better RAM
C) Better Cooling..

A and B will be taken care of shortly and I will see what I can get then.
