Voltage problem

Hey guys,
I just moved into a college dorm a week ago, and of course brought my self-made computer with me. Since power outlets are limited, I have all my computer equipment and some chargers, lamps, and a phone all plugged into an 8 plug surge protector. I've started having voltage problems with my computer, where the voltage that's supposed to be +3.3 keeps going down to 2.96 and below. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be annoying. I have an asus k8vse deluxe, which has the asus probe (it keeps popping up, that's how I know I have the problem). I was wondering if anyone knows why that keeps happening and what I should do. Thanks a bunch!

What power supply are you using? If the wall was not supplying enough power your computer would turn off. Your power supply may be to blame.

I'm using an Antec I think, not sure how many watts (can check later though), but the thing is that I haven't had any problems with this power supply until I got to college.
