Now that I've picked up a new PSU, I'm taking another shot at overclocking this 3400. Previously I had it at 2.4ghz, 2.85vdimm, 2-3-2-6, with the v1.0 bios. At that time, anything over stock vcore and it wouldn't post, but it was fine at any memory voltage. I've since flashed to bios 1.4, and now I cannot adjust vcore OR vdimm. I even tried adjusting them one at a time, without overclocking just to see if it'd boot up, and all I got was the dreaded beeps. Any ideas as to why it's doing this? It seems everyone else's overclocks are smooth sailing with the 1.4 bios, so I'm clueless.
 
Sounds like a bad board. I've had 2 of these boards, both of which adjusted voltages and booted. Try installing CoreCenter and adjusting voltages in there, see if you can do it after you're in Windows. Click on the left red arrow, then adjust what needs adjusted, then press ok.

Beware, the vcore droops on Neo's a bit tho (stock doesn't, 1.5v is fine).
 
I'll probably drag my floppy drive out of hiding and try a couple different bios's before I give up on the board. Seems odd it worked before and won't now though.
