Voltage problem?! Help!

I don't see why this would be an issue, as you can see im only getting 1.56 instead of the 3.3 its asking causing my cpu to crash and lockup when playing games. Not to mention I have a 500watt powersupply, with only a cdrom and 2 fans hooked up, I don't see where the problem lies.

Someone want to help me?!/

Well I know for a fact I don't have the wrong drivers installed, as a mater of fact i have the newest ones installed. Heh.
 
kind of a small bumb and question

... do you think i should use the drivers asus makes or download the ati ones could this be the problem?
