voltage jump?

First off, System specs

ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE (rev 2)
AMD X2 4400+
2x7800gt BFG OC
2x1024 samsung ram with 3-3-3-8 timing (stock)
all watercooled with a Koolance lian-li case

I am using the programs CPU-Z and using the AI Overclock option in the bios.
i chose the option to just over clock 3% for starters just to play around with so it clocked to 206x11 and it booted into windows fine, but when i look at CPU-Z the voltage on both cores jumps from 1.36 to 1.376 and back down over and over...is this normal???

Right now i have 2 Prime95 torture tests running and the machine is stable, i just want to make sure that nothing is wrong with the voltage or anything like that. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly apprecieated :) My goal is to get to stock 4800+ speeds

EDIT: System is stable and runs at 2.3GHz (210 HTT) but when I try to bump it up to 216 HTT (8% over stock using AI Overclock) i get a blue screen on entering windows, is it already time to adjust the voltage of the chip??? i figured my memory timings were already pretty loose...
 
use a divider to run your ram at or below spec and only oc your processor as opposed to buying new ram. eclipse has shown many benchmarks proving that ram speed is not all that vital with amd 64 chips.

I cant seem to find the memory dividers in the A8n-Sli deluxe BIOS...i can change the speed of the ram from 440MHz to 333MHz etc....i combed the manual and cant find them... :confused: any help would be very nice.
 
Setting the RAM by mhz is actually changing the divider. Check out amd ocing guide at ocia.net. Explains how amd 64 dividers work in great detail, even provides calculation tables for you to see what your ram will actually be running at.
 
So i followed the stickys instructions.....dropped processor multi to 9x dropped HTT to 4x booted into windows and it showed my CPU at 1800MHz i started 2 instances of prime95 and slowly (every 5 min or so) used clockgen to bump up the ram by 5MHz the machine restarted when i was at 225MHz FSB ( im running memtest at 225MHz right now) so should i try to bump up the voltage on the ram???
 
2 Prime95 tests running, i just went ahead and increased the voltage when the ram passed with memtest (i know its only 200 MHz but it still makes me feel special ;)
