voltage/ht/etc problems...mega frustration

I gots a problem...

1. Voltages look funny all over the place. I set the cpu volts on 1.45, and it's everything but that.
2. The HT on the nvidia looks funny...i'm not quite sure what it's monitoring, so pls help

errrrr...lol...gonna reformat tonite cause of an unrelated problem, so pls help quick!

if i remember right the HT is the CPU--CHIPSET speed
the volts in NV are wayy wrong. pesonally i use the, set BIOS, check CPUZ, test it method for overclocking
