Using cpu-z withouht anythign overclocked or voltage settings. it shows mostly 1.5

BUT

it also dips to 1.488 sometimes and 1.52 sometimes

is this bad? by sometimes i mean like ever 5 seconds

That seems pretty normal for most power supplies. The fluctuations don't sound off any red alerts to me. What kind of PSU do you use, by the way?

My VCORE stays pretty consistent at 1.5 (I guess Abit undervolts?), but does fluctuate from 1.49 - 1.504 (using an Antec True 430).
