Voltage Drop on P4E, normal?

According to the voltage section of Aida32, my CPU core voltage drops from the normal 1.38ish range to 1.30 under load.

Is this voltage drop a problem? If so, would it be the new Enermax PSU I got? Its 550 watt and rated to handle Dual Xeons. Bad voltage regulator on the mobo?
