Voltage auto changing itself?

I have a q6600 G0 in an EVGA 780i
I set my fsb to 334 and am running p95 for a stress test. Right now my temp is 55c on a Zerotherm Nirvana. Is that a good temp?
I haven't changed the voltage in the bios but cpuz tells me its at 1.384. I thought the stock voltage was 1.2 something. How did this happen?

Apparently it was set to auto. I had thought it was set at stock voltage.
