I am OC my Xeon E5530 on Sabertooth X50 w/ TRUE 120 HSF.
I have successfully acheived 210x19 with everything on auto except the following:
DRAM Ratio: 2:6
CPU Vcore: 1.35v

What is happening is when i go higher it works and the system boots, but my USB devices do not work. Do i need to give the IOH or QPI more voltage? What are safe voltages for these? I know this CPU has more in it, but it looks like i am going to need to manually set other frequencies and voltages.
