Voice activation - detection

Hi there, I saw it once in the past, program for Windows where you can set mic voice activation.

No idea how to describe, for example, Teamspeak, Discord have slider when you mic is pick up sound, so you don't need to use push to talk.

I'm looking for program where i can manage all other voice chat communicatoons, or just add few others on the list.
