(i want to try 64-bit before i install it...)
2. I Use to work with V-PC 2007 I have 8 Mechine (incl. 2003 server)
*can i switch to vmware - & still be able to run (both files *.vhc & *.vhd ) ?
My teacher say it better to stick with virtual pc 2007
Do you think i sould switch is there a big difference between VPC & VMware?

VMWare is more powerful and supports USB devices (i.e., you can plug in a USB device and have it recognized by the VM).

On the downside - the full Workstation app comes at a price (VirtualPC is free), and while you should be able to migrate your current VM's, nothing's ever guaranteed.

You should be able to install a 64-bit guest OS if your CPU supports 64-bit instructions, but I'm not certain of that. http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&externalId=1901 has more details.

thanks i think i\ll give it a try
I want to see 64-bit OS i hear p[eople talking about it all the time
i heard this is the best XP EVER & it support x86 Appz........

& that USB will help me fix a boot problom with my webcam.....
(making change at the reg,...)

It's definitely worth trying the free evaluation to see if it works/fits your needs...nothing lost but time (hopefully) :)
