We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Anyone deployed this yet? If so, want to hear their thoughts. Looks like a perfect SMB Solution.

Works...needs to be installed on a fresh installation of vSphere with 4 NICs. Sets up a lot of things itself.

Can someone explain what this software does? It sounds like it turn local storage found on multiple servers and allows it to pool as a single storage space?

caveats are: you need to install VCenter on another server not in the VSA cluster. You can support up to 25 VM's on 2 hosts, 35 VM's with 3 hosts.

There huge disk overhead: you need to configure your disks to RAID 10. So if you start off with 10 GB, you have 5 Usable, and then you have to allocate space for the replicas.

Awesome product however with all the disks you have to buy and the price you have to pay for the actual VSA software, you can probably get a good VNXe or Dell Powervault SAN.
