VMWare plugins not loading

I have three VMWare plugins that are not loading for some reason....Here is a screen shot of the error message I am receiving. I did a google search and found one thread on VMWARE forums but they never actually discuss what they did to fix the issues.

Local client or is this on the vcenter server? If local, do the work if you run the client directly on the vcenter server?

We only use local client to connect to it. The server doesn't even have the client installed on it anywhere.

Nope, still 172.16.11.20 it is hard coded to stay that way

If you telnet to port 8443 does it connect? Make sure it's not a firewall blocking it.

When i telnet into it using secureCRT it does not echo any headers or anything but it does act like it is connected.
