What I am trying to do is create a Virtual Team....that uses a virtual lan.
I am using VMware Workstation 6.5

This is a Linux Clustering experiment I am doing.....its an experiment, and just for fun.:D

I have a "Head" machine:
this vm has 5 Nics
should have internet access
a single connection to each of the 4 compute nodes

The 4 Compute Nodes:
each have 4 Nics
1 connects to Head node
2 are teamed and connected to virtual switch that will connect to other compute nodes
1 is for Failover for Teamed nics

That is how I would like it setup, and would be easy to do if I was dealing with physical hardware.
However I have never done any type of complicated networking in a VM environment.

How many Lans do I need for the team....what boxes do I check?
What do I need to do?

On workstation? no vSwitch, so you just put them on different virtual networks. That's about all there is to it :)
