I saw this over on reddit. No more having to reinstall vCenter and both ESXi hosts every 60 days :D

That's great, I am getting tired of redoing my lab's infrastructure every 60 days. Sure, it keeps you learning setup - but also slows you down as you do not want to start something big knowing that you will have to renew soon.

Reinstalling every 60 days has been the official VMware answer for a while. So not really circumventing anything...and hopefully VMTN will include almost everything.

ESXi as well.. or at least setting it back to default.

ESXi is not that bad, but when you have multiple hosts... well... you plan for the day.
 
As a recent Microsoft Technet subscriber.... I would LOVE to see this happen. My technet subscription has been money well spent, I have learned an absolute ton and was able to put my hands on software I could have never been able to purchase directly.

It's a win win situation for end users such as ourselves, as well as Vmware. We get cool toys to play with, they get money and evangelism!
