VMware Converter 4.3 problem

I recently won a bid to install VMware on a small network of 2 servers. There is a Dell power edge 2600 server running windows 2003 and a new HP ML350 G6 running windows 2008.

The plan is to use converter to P2V both servers to a temporary infrastructure client, upgrade the ML350 to dual CPU's, 12GB ram, and local storage, and use it as the hypervisor and transfer the images from the temporary hypervisor to the new rebuilt hypervisor.

After testing converter on both servers, the Dell server P2V's fine without issue. The HP however does not. Converter cannot see the hard disks on the system at all. None of them. The disks are setup as follows: 2x250GB in a raid 1 mirror. 3x250GB in a raid 5 array. The controller is an HP smart array P410i with firmware rev 2.50.

Does anyone have any insight as to how I can get this ML350 P2V? TIA

Never mind.... I found the issue. I have to run converter as administrator, as in right click on the icon and select run as administrator.
