VM Time keeps getting out of sync

I have a VM that I have been using for Big Adv for many months. Prior to that, it was used specifically for Linux A2.

Within a 3 hour period, the VM will be out of sync by 10 to 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure I've never had this issue before. This is currently an issue within my second i7 920 rig. WinXP x64 is the Host OS and Ubuntu 8.04 is the Guest OS.

Hmm. I wonder if it has always been out of sync, but I just never noticed.

Mine are always soooo far off they don't report the stats right in HFM, but FAHmon seems to read it right (doesnt count bonus so thats why)

You can set up NTP to keep it in sync. Mine has stayed dead on for months now with NTP enabled.
