VL System Zephyrus Automatic System Controller ??? Anyone Have or used It???

Sinse Im building my case and will be needing a switch(s) I have been searching around to see what types of Switchs are available, and I ran across this Automatic System Controler / monitor. So I wondering has anyone ever heard of this item or used it and what kind of a review you would give it.
