Okay i have a 42 inch 1080p vizio

the downfall im having witht he question is when i play games like my xbox360 and i have that hooked by an hdmi and i set it to 1080p, when i ply nba2k9 or cod4 i see choppy pixels....how do i get rid of it....please help
