Vista's EULA- your thoughts?....

First, sorry if this has already been discussed- a quick scan didn't find any similar threads.

I Read about this in Maximum PC (Dec 2006). Vistas' EULA states that the software may be reassigned to another device, one time (only) - i.e. if you upgrade your system too many times and Vista see your PC as a different PC, your version of Vista could be seen as "pirated" and disabled.

There have actually been quite a few threads in which someone has said they didn't see it before. :eek: Also, it's been revised/changed/debunked, so it's not an issue anymore.
 
Indeedy. The lesson to be learnt here is, complain as much as possible when something isn't the way you like it, and it might get changed.
