Vista & Xp Patchs

[amadeus316]

I 'm just kinda curious, how many patchs are out for vista now?

Is it more or less than when windows xp came out it's first year?

To date I've installed 38 updates that are classified as 'Important'. Also several others classified as 'Recommended' which usually have to do with hardware and minor windows software, as well as a bunch of "Optional' updates
