Vista Ultimate W/O cdkey

Hi all. I have Vista ultimate RTM and istalling it without cdkey. What I am loosing ??? Only time limit (30 days) ? Or am I being restricted to some other things ?

If that is only time restriction, so then I am going to reinstal it monthly becouse I don't like getting new activations every install .

Technically the RTM is illegal to have unless you're an MSDN member or whatever other legal ways there are to get it. I ain't gonna tell you how to get it to work cuz we don't talk about that shit here. Google is your friend.
